LLet's Mingle

Terms of Service

Last updated 14 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Let's Mingle, operated by LetsMingle(“we”). Using the service means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

What this is

Let's Mingle is a live video space: you enter a room through a link, everyone present can see one another, and you move between conversations by clicking. It is early software and is offered as it is. Features change, and some of them will change without notice.

No account, so the link is the key

There is nothing to sign up for. A space id is long and unguessable, and knowing it is what grants entry — which means anyone you send the link to can enter, and so can anyone they send it to. Share it as carefully as you would share the address of an unlocked room. We cannot revoke a link that has spread; the way to leave a space behind is to make a new one.

Host links are different and do grant privileges, so treat them as secrets. Do not publish one.

How you may use it

By using the service you agree not to:

We may remove access to a space, or to the service, if it is being used this way. Given there are no accounts, that mostly means retiring a space id.

What is yours

Whatever you say and show stays yours. We claim no ownership of it, and we do not record it — audio and video pass through and are not kept. You are responsible for what you transmit.

The software, the name and the design are ours, and nothing here transfers them to you.

Spaces are not storage

A room is a place to be, not a place to keep things. Conversations dissolve when they empty, named ones are held for about five minutes, and a space that nobody is in stops existing in any meaningful sense. Do not rely on a space to hold anything you would be sorry to lose.

Availability

We make no promise that the service will be up, that video will connect, or that anything will work on a given network or browser. It may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LetsMingle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. If a change is significant we will try to say so somewhere you would see it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which LetsMingle is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the courts located there.
